Oatcakes – Three Seed
with extra virgin olive oil
Our organic oatcakes are the perfect platform on which to balance a chunk of cheese (Isle of Mull Cheese in particular!), a portion of pate, or a sliver of smoked salmon. The whole oats, oatmeal and extra virgin olive oil make for a versatile and nourishing oatcake, slowly baked with care in our unique wood fired ovens. We’ve created 3 varieities for you to savour.
Our Three Seed Organic oatcakes encapsulate Pumpkin Seeds, Linseeds and Sunflower Seeds which are all excellent additions to the diet, with fibre, healthy fats, protein, vitamins and minerals. Not only that, but they give a varied texture and taste to the oatcakes. Top these with whatever you fancy, but we recommend hummus or your own recipe vegetarian dip, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkled with more seeds.
