We were delighted to be shortlisted for the Scotland Food & Drink Excellence Award’s Environmental Sustainability award, and when we found out that our very good friends, and fellow Muileachs Guy & Juliet from the Ethical Shellfish company www.ethicalshellfishcompany.co.uk were also on the list, we thought we were all in for a great night out in Edinburgh. Unfortunately, Guy & Juliet were unable to attend, so it wasn’t to be. Sadly for Mull, in the end the award went to Albert Bartlett Potatoes, but Joe and I had a lot of fun at the EICC on the night. Great cocktails!
